How To

It's easy to get into the church on Sunday mornings for worship: you can't miss our big front doors under the tower, facing George Street. But, like most big old churches, the building may appear a bit daunting when you want to find the Ministers on a Wednesday, or the Music Director on a Friday. We hope the information here will help you find our staff and get your questions answered. This website is designed to make us as accessible as possible to anyone with questions. Please let us know how it's working for you.

Nancy has been on staff as the church secretary/receptionist/administrator since 2002. Please forward any general inquires that you may have regarding George Street United Church, as well as questions regarding rental space, weddings, etc.

Quotes

"Instead of a large empty room for a lot of the time, the Gift of Welcome has meant a room full of life and vitality as people come to enjoy the moments. The auditorium has echoed with laughter and chatter. People having fun: dancing freely, singing to karaoke, decorating Christmas cookies."
